We are proud to introduce, Frigi Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd (ISO 9001:2008) as one of the Pioneering Building Services Companies Specially in the field of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Fire Detection & Protection Systems and Electrical & Plumbing in Sri Lanka. Our Company utilized leading edge innovation and technology with Computer Aided Design and drafting together with advanced state of the building services technology and each project being customer designed. Frigi Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, offer advantages far beyond traditional systems. The cost serving begins from the preliminary design and continuous until the project is completed. Frigi Engineering works with Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors & Clients to meet budgetary considerations with their needs.


Frigi Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd was established in Sri Lanka in the year 1982 addressing the growing need for high quality Building Services in Sri Lanka and Globally. Since its inception the Company commenced Industrial & Commercial Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Fire Protection & Detection Systems and rapidly earned a good reputation as high quality and reliable service provider.


By Early 1984 just after two years from the beginning, Frigi Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd was Incorporated as a Limited Liability Company and subsequently expanded and diversified few Associated Companies namely, Frigi Property Development and Amilani Lanka Company. In the year 1996, further expansion was carried out by establishing Frigi Engineering Services Singapore Limited. Later in year 1998,two Overseas Companies were established in United Arab Emirates (UAE) n a m e l y E MI R A T E D U N H A M B U S H L LC a n d A L D A H I YA A I R TECHNOLOGY LLC. Again in 2010, Frigi Engineering (Doha/Qatar) was established.

The ambition of these expansions is purely to develop the business and catch-up the market in Middle East region, including Iraq and to market DUNHAM BUSH and FRIGIAIR brand of Air Conditioning Products with Engineering back-up together with after sales services and MEP, HVAC contract work. After 43 years, the name Frigi Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd has become synonymous with many of Sri Lanka’s large scale building projects. Our highly skilled & competent staff are the true Architects of the Company’s success and they are our biggest assets.
